Patients’ First Visit

At Dreamworks Dental and Orthodontics – Arlington, our patients’ first visit will consist of a dental examination in order to review the current status of your smile. Our highly-skilled dentist will study your medical history in order to establish an appropriate treatment plan for you. X-Rays will be taken if patients can’t provide them from the previous provider. We ask patients to bring in any medications you are currently using along with dental insurance, and any paperwork work related to their dental history. Your treatment may start after your consultation or on a selected date based on your smile needs.

X-Rays

It would be greatly appreciated if patients can help us by providing us with any X-Rays taken by your previous dentist during your consultation. Patients can request their X-Rays from previous dental office and have them forwarded to us in time for their consultation.  This allows for us to see any changes over time and helps isolate a base from which to start on your treatment with us.

Patient Finances

At Dreamworks Dental and Orthodontics – Dallas, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover card as a form of payment. Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements were made by our staff. We do offer monthly payments, but patients will have to request this option before any dental procedure. Our offices will send a monthly statement, but we recommend patients being on top of their remaining balance.

Insurance

It is our goal to make every step of your dental visit relaxing and worry-free including the insurance side. Our specialists will help guide you every step of the way to ensure everything is taken care of. Our entire team at Dreamworks Dental and Orthodontics – Arlington, will also work side by side with you to maximize patients insurance reimbursement for covered procedures.

We ask that patients bring any related paper work regarding their up-to-date insurance policy to us during your consultation.
