After an examination, our team can provide an estimate based on the care recommended by your dentist. Estimates are not guarantees of insurance payment because deductibles, annual maximums, waiting periods and frequency limits vary by plan. You remain responsible for charges not paid by an insurance carrier.

Questions about a treatment estimate

Bring your insurance card to the office and tell us when your coverage changes. For extensive treatment, ask whether care will occur in phases and when each payment is expected. Our staff can explain the office's current payment methods and direct you to available third-party financing information, but approval decisions are made by the financing provider.
